The Azores Regional Civil Protection and Fire Service (SRPCBA) is a department under the Regional Health Secretariat whose duties are to guide, coordinate and supervise, in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, the activities of Civil Protection and the Fire Brigades, as well as to ensure the functioning of an emergency medical ground transport system, in order to guarantee the prompt and correct provision of health care to the injured or victims of sudden illness.

By launching this web page, we not only intend to publicize the organic structure of the SRPCBA, its organs and services, but also to provide citizens with information about bad weather alerts, earthquake reports and information notes.
